What's behind the login

A single place where the work stays current and the record stays clear.

Engagement work generates real artifacts: weekly status, decisions made and the rationale behind them, deliverables in flight and complete, analytics where they matter. The portal is where those artifacts live for the duration of the engagement and remain accessible to the client team in real time.

01 — Workstreams

Active work, visible in flight.

Each workstream has its own space. Current status, recent updates, blockers, owners, next actions. The kind of detail that usually lives in someone's inbox or a separate tracker, kept in one place and kept current.

02 — Decision log

What was decided, when, and why.

Engagement decisions get captured with the context that produced them. Six months later, it's possible to reconstruct not just what was decided but the reasoning. Useful during the engagement, more useful after.

03 — Deliverables

Every artifact, in one library.

Diagnostic memos, target operating models, governance documents, tracking architectures, reports. Working drafts and finals, dated and attributed. The full record of the engagement, retrievable as a single set.

04 — Analytics

Embedded dashboards where they fit.

For engagements with quantitative dimensions, synergy tracking, milestone burndown, risk register, financial workstreams, analytics live in the portal alongside the rest of the engagement, refreshed on the right cadence.

05 — SOW workflow

Scope extensions, structured.

When an engagement needs to expand or shift, the change is documented through a structured workflow. Drafted by the client team, reviewed by Ancaire, signed by both. The contractual record stays clean.

06 — Continuity

The record persists.

For 90 days after engagement close, the workspace remains accessible as a reference. After that, the record is archived but retrievable. The work doesn't disappear at the moment the engagement ends.
