A SAMPLE OF RECENT WORK
What the work has looked like

A program where migrating technology meant redesigning the operating model.

A global insurance and reinsurance broker running its North American technology estate across four data centers needed more than a lift-and-shift. The brief was to redesign how technology underpinned the operating model. The calendar anticipated a corporate transaction. We ran the program from inception through closure across eleven parallel workstreams, with two M&A IT integrations folded in mid-stream as concurrent work.

Case study profile

A cloud transformation, approved at board level, plus two M&A integrations.

Eleven workstreams. Cloud readiness assessment, Azure Landing Zone, EUC migration, application transformation, UCaaS consolidation, co-located data center decommissioning. Projected IT spend reduction in the eight figures over five years, against an eight-figure investment, approved at board level. Both integrations completed on schedule. The infrastructure foundation carried the firm into a subsequent acquisition.
